This website is operated by Kavilin. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kavilin. By visiting www.kavilin.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this site. You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes, violate applicable laws, transmit malicious code, interfere with the site, or misuse another person’s rights.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
We try to display product descriptions, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately, but screens and photography may vary. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and discontinue products at any time. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when the order is fulfilled or shipped. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, duties, or other charges will be shown or handled as required by law. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. Payment processing may be provided by third parties and is subject to their terms and security controls.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Shipping is currently available within the United States. Standard U.S. shipping is free, and orders are fulfilled from a WINIT U.S. warehouse. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days under normal conditions. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Returns may be requested within 7 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. For change-of-mind or customer-preference returns, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items, Kavilin will cover reasonable return shipping or provide an appropriate replacement or refund. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Information on this site is provided for general use. We may update or correct content without notice. You are responsible for monitoring changes that may affect your use of the site or a purchase.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The site may use Shopify and other third-party tools, payment services, applications, or links. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

USER CONTENT
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, suggestions, or other content, you grant Kavilin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, and display that content for operating and promoting the store. You must own or have permission to submit it, and it must not be unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, infringing, or malicious. We may remove content at our discretion.

PRIVACY
Personal information submitted through the store is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms. Obligations that by nature should survive termination will continue.
